FUZZBALLS Fuzzballs seem to be comprised of fibers woven around each other and have a size of about 1-3 millimeters. In the most cases fibers of more than one color are involved. What is it? What is interesting however is the fact that most of the Morgellons cases occur in California, Texas and Florida although in these states specifically there is a very low volume of Lyme Disease cases as can be seen here and here.
